Public Question Time:
Members of the public will have the opportunity to ask questions of the Joint Boards, relating to the business being conducted. The Chair will give priority to written questions that have been sent to the Chief Executive’s office in advance of the meeting, and will give the option for those questions - which relate to specific items on the agenda - to be taken at the end of the discussion relating to that agenda item. This will be in addition to the usual allocated time slot for receiving questions from the public, towards the end of the Part one meeting.

An agenda has been uploaded with this notice, and board papers will follow shortly. Regretfully due to our much reduced resource we are unable to mail hard copies of the papers direct to members of the public. However, ten copies of the papers will also be available at the meeting – these will be given out on a first come first served basis – and there will be copies available at each of the PCT local offices.

About the Joint Boards
The Joint Boards of South West London Primary Care Trusts bring together representatives of the five local PCTs:
- NHS Croydon
- NHS Kingston
- NHS Richmond
- NHS Sutton and Merton
- NHS Wandsworth
NHS South West London and the Joint Boards are led by Sian Bates, Chair, and Ann Radmore, Chief Executive. Go to the Joint Boards members page for a list of voting members.
In November 2010, the PCTs in south west London agreed to work together more closely to manage the transition from PCT-led commissioning to GP and Local Authority commissioning, and also to make significant management cost savings. Although the individual PCTs remain as statutory organisations, we now operate as one management team across south west London to share resources, roles and functions. As such we now have the Joint Boards of South West London PCTs.
